RESOLUTION NO. 81-27 ADOPTED February 25, 1981
A RESOLUTION: GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO LEESBURG PLANNING
COMMISSION FOR STUDY OF ZM-32.
WHEREAS, an application of International Pavilion Company
for revision of the zoning district map, assigned No. ZM-32,
was received and referred to the Planning Commission for public
hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the
1950 Code of Virginia, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Planning Commission held a public hear-
ing on said application on February 19, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Planning Commission has requested an
additional 90 days to study this proposed rezoning;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in
Virginia as follows:
An additional 60 days, giving a total of 150 days from Febru-
ary 5, 1981, is granted to the Leesburg Planning Commission for
further study and recommendation on the application of International
Pavilion Company for revision of the zoning district map, assigned
No. ZM-32. The applicant hereby acquiesces in this resolution, as
indicated by its letter of February 25, 1981 and made a part of the
minutes of the Council this date.
