A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH VIRGINIA MUNICIPAL GROUP
SELF INSURANCE ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Virginia Municipal Group Self Insurance Associa-
tion offers an insurance program that reduces the potential of
Workmens compensation claim~ and offers possible savings of 10-40
percent.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg
in Virginia, as follows:
Tbe manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract
with the Virginia Municipal Group Self Insurance Association to
provide Workers Compensation coverage for the Town of Leesburg.
