COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, OCTOBER 5, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The October 5, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich,
Prather, Schreiber, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Amendments to Agenda:
Councilman asked if the Council would be willing to make the foll owing
amendments to the agenda and adopt it as amended in the Regular meeting:
(1) Move both Resolutions RS2015-18 and RS2015-19 up as the last item
under the category “Miscellaneous Agenda Items”
A motion was made by Councilman Hussey, seconded by Councilman Graham,
to approve the amendment, and approved unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
