SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
AUGUST 10, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The Special Council Meeting of August 10, 2015, was convened at 7:35 P.M. by Mayor
Carrie Tergin.
ROLL CALL
The following Council Members were present for the roll call:
Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: Schreiber
A quorum was declared present.
GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Tergin announced that, pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri, the Chair would entertain a motion to go into Closed Session to discuss the
following:
a. Legal Actions [Sec. 610.021.(1)]
A motion was made by Councilman Prather to go into Closed Session for the above-
stated purposes, seconded by Councilman Branch, and approved unanimously by the
following roll-call vote at 7:36 P.M.
Aye: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Scrivner,
and Ward
