A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER OF SAID COUNCIL
OF SAID CITY TO THE CITY SELECTION
COMMITTEE PURSUANT TO PART 3 OF DIVI-
SION 10 OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Southern California Rapid
Transit District Law, being Part 3 of Division 10 of the Public Utili-
ties Code, A. L. Nunamaker, a member of said City Council, is hereby
appointed as a member of the City Selection Committee.
SECTION 2. That the within Resolution shall become opera-
tive and the appointment made by Section 1 hereof shall be effective
on September 21, 1965.
SECTION 3. That immediately after the effective date of the
appointment hereby made, the City Clerk shall without delay forward a
certified copy of this Resolution, together with notice of the appoint-
ment made hereby, to the Secretary of State, and after the Southern
California Rapid Transit District has a Secretary, also to the Secre-
tary of such District.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, shall cause the action of the City Council in adopt-
ing the same to be entered in the official minutes of said City Council
and shall retain this Resolution, duly signed and executed by the prop-
er City Officials, in the official records of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this 21st day of September,
1965.

Temple City, California, do hereby certify Resolution No. 65 -520 was
duly approved by the City Council of the City of Temple City, Calif-
ornia, at a regular meeting held on September 21, 1965, by the follow-
ing roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dickason, Merritt, Nunamaker, Tyrell, Harker
NOES: Councilmen- None
