AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE III, CHAPTER 31,
APPENDIX B OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS, Title III, Chapter 31, Appendix B establishes
certain permit fees for city departments of the
City of Richmond; and
WHEREAS, IC 35-47-2-3 now provides for a Ten Dollar
application fee for a handgun license.
NOW THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana does hereby ordain and enact as follows:
SECTION 1. The following fee is amended for
the Police Department of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Gun Permits $10.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and signing by the Mayor.
