AN ORDINANCE TO REDUCE WITHIN THE FIRE PENSION FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have
unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which
appropriated;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RTCHMOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following
amount.

REOUESTED REDUCED
FIRE PENSION FUND
1000 - Personal Services $95,000. $95,000.
TOTAL $95,000. $95,000.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of
Indiana.
