TOWN OF LEESBURG

AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PERRY AND SONS AT LOT 10, CARDINAL INDUSTRIAL
PARK
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to execute
the standard agreement for public improvements for Perry and Sons,
Lot 10 - Cardinal Industrial Park.
SECTION II. A cash performance guarantee in the amount of
$5,800 guaranteeing installation of public improvements at Perry
and Sons, Lot 10 - Cardinal Industrial Park in accordance with
plans approved by the Director of Engineering is approved.
