ORDINANCE NO. ~.;??
AN ORDINANCE INCORPORATING BY REFERENCE THE
UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, 1991 EDITION, AS
AMENDED BY SEDGWICK COUNTY RESOLUTION NUMBER
252-1992 AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBER 14,
79 AND 166.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section I.
Incorporating Uniform Plumbina Code
There is hereby incorporated by reference that certain code
known as the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1991 Edition, prepared and
published in book form by the International Association of Plumbing
and Mechanical Officials, 20001 Walnut Drive South, Walnut,
California, as amended by Sections 1 through 10 of Resolution
Number 252-1992 of the Board of County Commissioners of Sedgwick
County, Kansas. No fewer than three (3) copies of said Uniform
Plumbing Code, 1991 Edition, and Sedgwick County Resolution Number
252-1992 shall be marked "Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No.
;?.;1. 'J ," to which shall be attached a copy of this Ordinance, and
filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to
the public at all reasonable hours.
Section 2.
Repeal
Ordinances Number 14, 79 and 166 are hereby repealed. All
other ordinances or parts of other ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed. However, any section of an existing ordinance not in
conflict herewith is not repealed and remains in full force and
effect.
Section 3.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
