A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING EASEMENT
DEDICATIONS FOR STREET PURPOSES AT 10900
LONG BEACH BOULEVARD, 10910 LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD, AND 10930 LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for the development of a new
shopping center, one-story in height at 10900 Long Beach Boulevard, 10910 Long
- Beach Boulevard, and 10930 Long Beach Boulevard (SPR Case 2004-30) include
easement dedication of property along Long Beach Boulevard, Norton Avenue, and
Elizabeth Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that
said easement is necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City shall be
served by accepting said easements; and
WHEREAS, said easements have been analyzed and approved by the City
Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the easement offer of dedication for
street purposes from:
U. Chan Ku & Helen H. Ku as described on Attachment "A"
JMMS LLC and YHK LLC as described on Attachment "B"
10930 Long Beach Blvd. LLC' as described on Attachment "C"
Assessor's Maps No. 6191-005-024, 6191-005-023, and
6191-005-021, respectively.
Commonly known as: 10900 Long Beach Boulevard, 10910 Long Beach
Boulevard, and 10930 Long Beach Boulevard, Lynwood CA, 90262, respectively.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of~pr~7 , 2006.
