A RESOLUTION: A SECOND EXTENSION OF TIME FOR INSTALLATION (DF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PART OF PARCEL M, SECTION I, VIRGINIA
VILLAGE
WHEREAS, Council Resolution No. 79-95 authorized an agreement
and approved the performance bond to guarantee installation of public
improvements and approved water and sewer extensions for part of Parcel
M, Section 1, Virginia Village; and
WHEREAS, Council Resolution No. 80-86 extended the time for
installation of public improvements until June 13, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the developer has proposed constructing all the necessary
channel work to Tuscarora Creek starting on July 1, 1981 and completing
within 30 to 45 days thereafter;
THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The time for installation of public improw~ments for
part of Parcel M, Section 1, Virginia Village is extended until June 13,
1982.
SECTION II. This extension of time for completion of 'the public
improvements is conditioned upon the successful completion of the
channel improvements to Tuscarora Creek which are included as part of
the public improvements prior to October 1, 1981.
