A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DENYING A
VARIANCE AND REVERSING RESOLUTION
NO. 65- 163PC.
THE,CITY :COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE::,
SECTION:L,. The City Council finds and determines that the
Variance hereinafter denied was duly granted by the Planning
Commission,. after a public hearing in regard to the appeal thereof.
SECTION•2.. A Variance to allow the operation of a Christian
High Schoel.in. existing buildings on a lot consisting of 1.709
acres,.:mgre:particularly described as Lot 18, Mission View Acres
(5537: Temp.Fe:City Boulevard), is hereby denied and Resolution
No. 65-163pC reversed.
SECTION, 3. The City Council hereby denies said Variance for
the following reasons:
(a) improper setback; and
(b) acreage not sufficient for this type of educational
facility.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
