RESOLUTION NO. 81-68 ADOPTED May 27, 1981
A RESOLUTION: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY E. CLARKE AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR A DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the Town is interested in developing and implementing a deferred
compensation plan for employees of the Town and
WHEREAS, Stanley E. Clarke & Associates, Inc., retirement plan ~specialists,
has offered to assist the Town in developing, implementing and servicing a de-
ferred compensation plan;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as
follows:
The manager shall enter into an agreement with Stanley E. Clarke & Associates,
Inc. of Washington, D. C. for development, implementation and servicing a deferred
compensation plan for employees in the town service.
