SPECIAL MEETING
May 31, 2005
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 9:00 AM. In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle
Bailey, Keith Brewer, Gregg Stucki, Rob Sweeten and Jeffrey Davis.
Also in attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler, City Recorder
Rachel Ellison and Public Works Director Brent Williams.
Councilmember Sweeten moved to award the One -ton Truck Bid to
Certified Ford in the amount of $27 , 485.32. Councilmember Brewer
seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye by a roll -call -vote.
Councilmember Bailey moved to approve Change Order #1 for the City
Center Municipal Building Renovation Project. Councilmember Davis
seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye by a roll call vote.

City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the proposed BUDGET DISCUSSION
changes to the budget for fiscal year 2004/2005. Discussion followed.
City Manager Metzler then made a presentation regarding the proposed BUDGET DISCUSSION
budget for fiscal year 2005/2006. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 10:03 AM. ADJOURNMENT
