Minutes
The Hopkinton Board of Library Trustees met at the Town Hall at 7 p.m. on January
21, 2016. Library Director, Rownak Hussain, Susan Porter, Stan Pulnick, Michael
McNamara and June Harris were present at the meeting.
Rownak began the meeting presenting her report regarding the relocation of the
library to 65 South Street, maintenance of the parking lot and other building related
matter, that as of January 19, 2016 all library services were back in full swing, the
repair and relocation of the grandfather clock, the “Hopkinton Public Library” sign
located on the library ground, local history books, microfiche reader printer and other
misc. furniture.
The discussion then turned to how the trustees may assist and/or participate in
developing new library programs for 2016. Rownak informed the trustees she has
started a draft of her 2015 Annual Report which will be a part of the town Annual
Report for 2015.
A motion was made to accept the December 2015 minutes and seconded.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting and the motion was seconded. The
meeting concluded at approximately 7:55 p.m.
