AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR STREET RECONSTRUCTION AI~D RESURFACING
WITH TRI-COUNTY ASPHALT COMPANY
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Tri-County Asphalt Company for street reconstruction and resurfacing in ac-
cordance with specifications issued May 1981 by the Director of Engineering
and the firm's June 15, 1981 unit price bid in the amount of $152:,069.16.
