TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PRESENTED June 24, 1981
81-84 ADOPTED June 24, 1981
APPROVING THE BUDGET AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1982
WHEREAS, the budget and the tax rate for the fiscal year ending June 30,
1982 have been presented and reviewed by this Council which approved a tenta-
tive budget and tax rate for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1982; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the tentative budget and tax rate was held
on June 10, 1981;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in. Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The Budget for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 1982 is
adopted and appropriations are made for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1982
in the amounts shown under the "FY 1982 Appropriations" column for the gene-
ral, utility, airport, revenue sharing and capital project funds, except as
provided by other resolutions.
SECTION II. The Manager, after notice to the Council, is authorized to
transfer up to one-half of the amount of appropriations made herein to opera-
tions and maintenance accounts within the same budget division.
