AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF BACKHOE AND POLICE PATROL VEHICLES
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to purchase an Allis-Chalmers
Model 715-B backhoe with 15 ft. digging depth and 4 ft. Digmor dipperstick
from Whitmore and Arnold, Purcellville, Virginia 22132 at a cost of $28,796.19.
SECTION II. The manager shall emter into a purchase agreement with
Poquoson Motors, Inc. (4116 West Mercury Boulevard, Hampton, Virginia 23366)
for the purchase of two police vehicles at a cost of $14,679.00.
