Shepard, Program Manager— Right of Way Ms. Meyer started the discussion with a discussion of matters closed under RSMo 1988 SUPP §610.021(1). Mr. Dan Shepard then requested approval of a certain property acquisition located at 4205 Maryland Avenue with an expected purchase price of $315,000. Motion made by Ms. Mandel and seconded by Ms. Bonner to approve the acquisition of the parcel identified in Mr. Shepard's request. Ms. R. Bonner Ms41. Mandel Mr. J. Faul aye aye aye Mr. J. Singer Rev. R. Bobo Mr. M. Yates aye aye aye Ms. Myers discussed negotiations over surplus property 720 Sontag Road. She requested approval of the sale of the property at an expected price of approximately $600,000.
