No Trash or Recycling Collection in Leesburg on 4th of July
Leesburg, VA (June 28, 2019) – There will be no trash or recycling collection in the Town of
Leesburg on the Independence Day holiday, Thursday, July 4, 2019.
Trash and recycling collection will be shifted by one day. The revised holiday schedule for trash
and recycling collection is as follows:
Monday, July 1st – NW and Town-wide yard waste collection
Tuesday, July 2nd – NE, inside the Bypass
Wednesday, July 3rd - Northeast, outside the Bypass
Thursday, July 4th – No collection
Friday, July 5th – SW plus Meadowbrook
Saturday, July 6th – SE, except Meadowbrook
To report missed collections or other issues with trash, recycling, or yard waste collection,

The Leesburg Town Offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5, 2019, in
observance of the Independence Day holiday.
