Memorial to Pay Tribute to Stanley Caulkins
Leesburg, VA (July 3, 2019) – Please join the Mayor and Town Council for the unveiling of the
Stanley Caulkins Tribute Memorial.

The Friends of Leesburg Public Arts and Leesburg Commission on Public Art invite you to
celebrate the life of Stanley Field Caulkins, the dean of Loudoun’s business community, World
War II airman, and longtime civic leader, who passed Friday, January 12, 2018 at 92. The
memorial will be a bronze likeness of Stanley sitting on a bench, which will be placed near the
