A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF AN AUTOMOBILE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized to purchase one 1980 or 1981 used auto-
mobile from the Hertz Corporation "buy a car" division at a price not to exceed
$5,000.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the General Fund to account
1201-701, Automotive Equipment, in the amount of $5,000 for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1982.
