New Traffic Pattern Expected for Catoctin Circle and Market
Street
Leesburg, VA (July 10, 2019) –
Beginning Monday, July 15, motorists
will be able to make a right turn, on
red, from Catoctin Circle onto East
Market Street.
The Public Works Department recently
reviewed the intersection movements
and determined the current “No Right
Turn on Red” signage is no longer
warranted, and will be removed. This
change is for northbound traffic on
Catoctin Circle, turning eastbound
onto Market Street, only.
Message boards will be put in place the week of July 15 stating the new traffic pattern. This will
allow motorists to be aware of the changing pattern, which has been in effect for a number of
years.
