Bulk Leaf Collection Ended on December 28, 2018
All leaves must be bagged or canned and placed at curb for collection on regular
trash collection days.
Leesburg, VA (January 2, 2019) – Leesburg’s annual bulk leaf collection ended on Friday,
December 28, 2018. Leaves already in the street will be collected as Town crews are making a
final run through the neighborhoods this week. However, moving forward, any new leaves must
be set out in covered trash cans or placed in bags for collection by Patriot Disposal, Inc., the
Town’s trash and recycling contractor.
If residents have leaves during the winter months, they will be collected as trash on residents’
regular trash and recycling collection days, if prepared as noted above. Please set it out with
