The project includes widening and upgrading Sycolin Road from two to four lanes, from south of Tolbert Lane to the southern Town limits. Construction is estimated to take about 18 months to complete. Work will begin with entrance improvements at the Leesburg Tech Park construction site. During this initial work, concrete barriers will be put in place to redirect traffic, as needed.
