RESOLUTION NO. 81-97 ADOPTED July 22, 1981
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING YOUNT, HYDE & BARBOUR, P. C., TO CONDUCT ANNUAL AUDIT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P. C., certified public accountants, is authorized to
conduct the annual audit for the Town of Leesburg at a cost not to exceed $8,600
unless the scope of the audit extends beyond normal circumstances; provided,
however, additional work due to federal audit requirements will be charged at an
hourly rate of $53.00 to be in addition to the audit fee of $8,600. Twenty-five
copies of the final report shall be delivered to the Town by October 31, 1981.
