Annual Career Expo for Students and Recent Graduates on
Sunday, March 10, at Tuscarora High School
Job seekers are encouraged to register in advance.
Leesburg, VA (February 20, 2019) – On Sunday,
March 10, 2019, the Town of Leesburg will host
its 7th annual Career Expo for students and
recent graduates. The event will be at Tuscarora
High School, 801 North King Street, from 1:00
p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Career Expo is a free event aimed at high
school students, college students, and recent
graduates. More than 60 employers will
participate, seeking to fill both permanent and
seasonal positions in a variety of industry sectors
from technology to recreation. Available
positions include full-time and part-time, as well
as entry-level salaried positions and internships.
The Expo will offer attendees the chance to meet
face-to-face with prospective employers and organizations offering apprenticeships and
certificate programs. Attendees should wear business attire and bring copies of their résumés.
Job seekers can skip the registration line at the event by registering in advance at
www.leesburgva.gov/careerexpo. A list of participating employers will be available online
beginning March 1st.
