A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR MISDEMEANOR PROSE-
CUTION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to enter into an
agreement with the County of Loudoun for misdemeanor prosecution
from July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982 at a cost not to exceed $120
per month.
