AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF THE OPERATING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL PILOTS SERVICES AND THE TOWN
WHEREAS, The Leesburg Airport Commission has recommended a two-
year extension of the operating agreement by and between the Town
of Leesburg and Professional Pilots Services:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, in
Virginia, as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to execute a two-year
extension of the June 22, 1979 Operating Agreement between the
Town and Professional Pilots Services for continued Fixed Base
Operations at Leesburg Municipal Airport under the same terms and
conditions as set out in the original agreement.
