A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD CITY PARK SPORTS FIELD LIGHTING
PROJECT, PROJECT NO. OS-5310, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on September 20, 2005, the City Council awarded a contract
to PCN3, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the project started on October 24, 2005 and was completed
on April 3, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $103,768; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on April 4, 2006 and
found that all work is complete in accordance with the project plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood City Council DOES HEREBY FIND,
PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That the Lynwood City Council accepts the Lynwood City Park
Sports Field Lighting Project, Project No. 05-5310, as complete in accordance
with contract documents.

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May 2006.
