A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
SOUTHGATE IN LEESBURG
RESOLVED By the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the
standard agreement and the cash bond in the amount of $20,'700 is
approved, both of which are to guarantee the installation of public
improvements for the development known as Southgate by Leesburg
Builders, all in accordance with the plans approved by the Director of
Engineering.
