Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, acting as the Housing Authority and the Land Clearance for Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, has been called by the Chairman Vincent and the
Board of Commissioners, and will be held at 7:30 a.m., Friday, November 6, 2015, in the
Board Room of the Housing Authority offices, at 1040 Myrtle Avenue, Jefferson City, Missouri.
Attendance may be in person or by telephone conference call, and the public may observe and
attend the public portions of the meeting at the location set out above: The notice of the
Special Meeting was delivered to each and every Commissioner in the manner provided in the
by-laws and has complied with applicable provisions of the Missouri Revised Statutes, Chapter
610, commonly referred to as the "Sunshine Law." The Special Meeting will include an
Executive Session and will be restricted to the following items for discussion and action:
--Consideration of the proposed acquisition of the limited partnership's interest in
Capital City Elderly, L.P.
--Consideration and action on the formation of a not-for-profit entity to replace the
limited partner in the ownership of Herron Apartments project.
--Consideration and action on financing related
The tentative agenda of this meeting also includes a vote to close part of this meeting pursuant
to the following:
--Legal action involving the Housing Authority and confidential or privileged
communication with its attorney, under Section 610.021(1) RSMo:
--Leasing, purchase or sale or real estate by the Housing Authority when public
knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore,
under Section 610.021(2) RSMo.

information about the employee is to be discussed or recorded, under Section
610.021(3) RSMo;
I, Allen Pollock, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Secretary of the Housing
Authority of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I caused the
above and foregoing NOTICE dated November 3, 2015, to be delivered to each and
every Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, serving
them with Notice of Meeting in the manner provided in the by-laws and have complied
with applicable provisions of the Missouri Revised Statures, Chapter 610, commonly
referred to as the "Sunshine Law."
