A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF VALVE INSERTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE
UTILITY LINES DIVISION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to purchase valve
inserting equipment for insertions of 4", 6" and 8" valves from Water Works
Supply-Valley, Inc. of Salem, Virginia at a cost not to exceed $15,946.00
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the Utility Fund to Account
No. 5100.711 Equipment in the amount of $15,946.00 for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1982.
