A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN A~NDMENT TO ADAP AIRPORT PROJECT #5-51-0027-02
WHEREAS, The Federal Aviation Administration has agreed to increase the
federal share of Leesburg's 1979 Airport Improvement Project from $170,344 to
$184,706.40;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the towrg
Amendment No. 1 to the Grant Agreement for Project #5-51-0027-02 which authorizes
the increase in federal funding for the 1979 Airport Project from $170,344 to
$184,706.40 effective September 29, 1981.
