A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF PUBLIC
HEARING ON APPLICATION #ZM-35 BY S.D., JR., AND
BETTY H. PHILLIPS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider Application Number
ZM-35 by S. D., Jr. and Betty H. Phillips to have rezoned from
R-1 to B-2 approximately 13,872 square feet of land located on
the west side of Valley View Avenue shall be published in the
Loudoun-Times Mirror on
November 5
November 11
October 29 , 1981 and
1981 for Public Hearing on
1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
