A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS VEHICLES & EQUIPMENT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to sell by public
auction on December 11, 1981, certain equipment and vehicles described in
a memorandum to the Council dated November 20, 1981.
SECTION II. The Manager shall publish an appropriate notice in the
December 3 issue of the LOUDOUN TIMES MIRROR describing the items for sale.
