16 Adoption of proposed Ord. No. 159-10 appropriating $250,000.00 from the General Fund for the
procurement and implementation of the Oracle Security features, software licenses, training and
technical support, hardware and operating systems, and Oracle software, and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a purchase agreement with Oracle Corporation and a contract for
implementation services with Computer Services Corporation for the aforementioned services
and equipment. The combined total for procurement of hardware, software and implementation
services shall not exceed $390,000.00, with any difference from the appropriation being
absorbed in the appropriate departmental budget (Intro. 04/08/10)

This project, located south of Highway 255 and east of Telegraph Road in unincorporated
St. Louis County, is to eliminate an existing pump station. This project is in the Fiscal Year
2010 Budget and the estimated construction cost is $235,000.

Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Stantec Consulting
Services Inc. whereby Stantec Consulting Services Inc. would provide general
geotechnical services pursuant to the General Services Agreement – Geotechnical
Services (FY2009) (E – 1241-1 & 2009041).
47 Adoption of Resolution No. 2906 whereas ordinance No. 12741, adopted September 40
11, 2008, authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Gonzalez Companies,
LLC whereby Gonzalez Companies, LLC would provide general construction
management services pursuant to the General Services Agreement – Construction

The work to be done under this contract consists of the construction of approximately 1,087 lineal feet of articulated concrete
block lined channel and appurtenances. The purpose of this project is to relieve yard flooding for 26 properties. This project
