RESOLUTION NO, 65 -532
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU4C I L OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFOR,IA, ORDERING
THE ENGINEER TO MAKE AND DELIVER A DIA-
GRAM OF ACQUISITION FOR A:!D OF PROPERTY
WITHIN VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 3 OF
SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 65-148 this City Council fixed
and established the boundaries of Vehicle Parking District No. 3,
declared that said district has been duly formed under the provisions
of the Vehicle Parking District Law of 1943 (Part 1 of Division 18
of the Streets and Highways Code), and found that the public interest
and necessity require, and ordered, the acquisition of certain prop -
erty, all as more particularly described in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amount required to be paid by the City for the
acquisition of all property ordered to be acquired by said ordinance
has been fixed by entry of interlocutory judgment in condemnation
proceedings or by contract for the purchase of said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. William H. Krelle, Assessment Engineer employed
by said City be and he is hereby ordered to make and deliver to the
Superintendent of Streets of said city a diagram of said acquisition
and of the property within said Vehicle Parking District No. 3 as
finally established. Said diagram shall show the land and any rights
of way to be acquired and also each separate lot or parcel of land
within said district, the dimensions of each such lot or parcel of
Iland and its relative location to the proposed acquisition. Said
diagram shall be delivered to saic Superintendent of Streets who
shall endorse thereon the date of such delivery.
Section 2. That upon receiving said diagram said Superin-
tendent of Streets shall proceed as provided in said Vehicle Parking
District Law of 1943.
