A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING REFUNDS
WHEREAS, penalities were assessed on taxes erroneously~
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Refunds of erronneously assessed penalties is aut]~orized.
SECTION II. A $500.00 appropriation is made from the General Fund to account
#4600.309, Refunds for the fiscal year 1982.
