RESOLUTION NO. 82-4 ADOPTED January 13, 1982
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DESIGN OF
KING STREET IMPROVEMENTS ANDMAKINGANAPPROPRIATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to enter into a contract
on behalf of the town with Dewberry & Davis Consulting Engineers, Fairfax,
Virginia for design services for the King Street Rehabilitation Project. The
terms of the contract shall be in accordance with Proposal No. 5525 as submitted
by Dewberry & Davis dated November 24, 1981 and revised in the town's letter
dated December 23, 1981. Charges for services will not exceed $9,600.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the General Fund to Account No.
4102.301, Engineering - King Street Reconstruction, in the amount of $9,600 for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1982.
