RESOLUTION AUTHORITING THE WAIVffB
OF BOND FEES - STAFLEX, INC.
WHEREAS, Staflex, Inc, ('Staflex") is in the process of completing a
construction project within the Boroughof Carteret (the "Borough"); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has required that Staflex post a bond in
connection with landscaping tO be performed on the project, the cost of whicl~
shall be approximately l)38,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Borough believes that the financial commitment thus far by
Staflex evidences a likelihood to complete the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Council
hereby waive the required bond fee to be posted by Staflex;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be sent to the
Planning Board, Borough Engineer, and such other Borough officials as are
necessary to facilitate the waiver.
Adopted this 4th day of September, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 5, 1997.
