A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE BOND
GUARANTEEING INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE
MARION DuPONT SCOTT EQUINE MEDICAL CENTER
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to execute the standard
agreement for public improvements for the Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical
Center.
SECTION II. The Fireman's Fund Insurance Company bond in the amount of
$99,435 guaranteeing installation of public improvements in accordance with
plans approved by the Director of Engineering for the Marion DuPont Scott Equine
Medical Center is approved.
