A RESOLUTION: RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF RANDALL W. AND
DELORES Y. DeHART (#ZM-39) FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER
CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The application of Randall W. and Delores Y. DeHart (#ZM-39) for re-
vision of the zoning district map, to change the classification of properties
located at West Market Street and Memorial Drive from R-2 to MC, is received
and referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing and recommendation
under Title 15.1, Chapter 11 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
PASSED this 10th day of February , 1982.
