Sycolin Road Milling and Paving Expected to Continue Through
April
Leesburg, VA (April 22, 2020) – Due to expected weather forecasts, milling and paving of
Sycolin Road is expected to continue through the end of this month. Work is being performed
from Tolbert Lane to Loudoun Center Place, Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Motorists are asked to continue using caution when driving through the area. One lane of
traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times.
This work is the final step of the Sycolin Road improvement project, which included widening
and upgrading the road from two to four lanes from the Route 15 bypass to the southern
corporate Town limits. The entire project is expected to be completed by summer 2020.
