RESOLUTION NO. 82-22 ADOPTED February 24, 1982
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TOENTER INTO A COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WITH LOIrOOUN COUNTY TO ADMINISTER THE TOWN'S HOUSING REHABILITATION
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the town's $1.35 million dollar Community Development Block Grant
includes $50,000 for housing rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, Loudoun County has an on-going housing improvement program; and
WHEREAS, the town can reduce the administrative costs of its housing rehabilita-
tion program by using the county's existing staff:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The town manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with Loudoun County
to administer the town's housing rehabilitation program.
