Exhibit Depicts 100 Year History of Garden Club of Virginia
Leesburg, VA (March 9, 2020) – A new exhibit
is available at the Thomas Balch Library, which
highlights the Leesburg Garden Club and its
affiliation with the Garden Club of Virginia
(GCV), currently celebrating its centennial year
(1920-2020).
Founded in 1915, the Leesburg Garden Club
became the 14th member of the GCV to
encourage preservation, conservation,
beautification, and restoration in the
Commonwealth.
The public is encouraged to view the exhibit, which includes images, documents, brochures,
and awards, during normal business hours, now through March 31, 2020. For more
