Leesburg Zoning Office Offers Online Permit Processing
Applicants can submit and pay for permits via the Town website.
Leesburg, VA (March 20, 2020) – The Town of Leesburg’s Zoning Office now offers online
processing of permits, including sign permits, home occupation permits, temporary use
permits, and zoning permits for construction.
Fillable PDF application forms are available on the Town website at
www.leesburgva.gov/zoning-permits. Applicants should complete the appropriate form online,
print, sign, scan, and email to permitting@leesburgva.gov. Staff will review the application and
send the applicant instructions for paying the permit fee online. Once payment is received, the
issued permit will be emailed to the applicant.
