RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT
APPLICATION - MIDDLEBEX COUNTY OFFICE ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Middlesex County Office on Aging ("MCOA") annually gives
grants to local offices on aging; end
WHEREAS, the Carteret Office on Aging ("COA") is desirous of filing an
application seeking MCOA grant funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thst the Mayor and Borough Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the Middlesex County Office on Aging Grant
Application.
Adopted this 4th day of September, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 5, 1997.
