A RESOLUTION: RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD O. GORE FOR
REVISION OF ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR
PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF
VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of Richard O. Gore for revision of the zoning district
map, assigned No. ZM-40, is received and referred to the Planning Commission
for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the
1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
