TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

ACCEPTING ESTIMATED COSTS FOR ADJUSTMENTS IN VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT
OF HIGHWAYS PROJECT NO. 0773-053-217, M501 ON ROUTE 773 AND
MAKING APPROPRIATION THEREFOR
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The town agrees to pay the cost of adjustments in Project
No. 0773-053-217, M501 on Route 773 to raise the grade where needed and change
the design of storm sewer structures to eliminate the need to lower the 16-inch
water main to the Potomac River Filtration Plant.
SECTION II. An appropriation in the amount of $17,500 is made from the
Utility Fund to Account No. 5100.300, Contractual Services, for fiscal year
1982.
